Kirti Kunj

‘Play by the grids’

Kirti Kunj is a magnificent G+3 structure that harmoniously combines a jewellery showroom on the ground and first floors with a residence on the second and third floors. One of the most captivating features is the upright L-shaped structure situated at the top right corner of the building. Adorned with profile lights, it casts a mesmerizing glow at night, while the name of the building is prominently displayed, ensuring visibility from across the road from both sides.

The façade of Kirti Kunj boasts a striking grid design concept that infuses the building with a captivating visual appeal. Three types of grids are employed, each serving a unique purpose while contributing to the overall aesthetic. The color theme of Kirti Kunj draws inspiration from the very essence of a jewellery showroom, exuding opulence and sophistication. Rich and resplendent hues are carefully selected to reflect the allure of precious gems and metals.

The top section showcases a solid grid design, symbolizing strength and stability, while lending an imposing presence to the structure. In front of the residence floors, an intricate jali pattern grid adds an element of privacy by obstructing direct visibility from the outside. These finely crafted perforated screens allow soft light and fresh air to filter into the residence, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
