‘Facade Design’

The project was to design exterior of an existing G+3 residence. At the time the project was handed over, the building was already completed. This provided our team with the freedom to explore different possibilities and experiment with the façade design, while keeping the spaces, openings positions, and structural elements unchanged.

One of the primary goals of the façade design was to give the residence a modern and visually appealing appearance. To achieve this, we introduced several elements that would contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the building. The openings were made full length in order to allow more natural light in the interiors. In order to create contrast and add visual interest, we incorporated a box-like structure around the full-length openings. This contrasting element not only adds depth and texture to the façade but also serves as a design focal point.
