Inverted Arch Clinic
‘Commercial halls and clinic’
Nestled within the G+3 structure is a vast commercial hall that spans the ground, first, and second floors, providing ample space for various businesses to thrive. On the third floor, a doctor’s clinic finds its place, offering convenience and accessibility to patients. The building is designed with two entrances in mind. The first entrance is positioned at the front, allowing direct access to the bustling commercial hall. Meanwhile, the second entrance resides on the side, along a sloping road that leads to the basement parking, catering to the needs of visitors arriving by vehicle. As for circulation, the common staircase takes center stage, serving as the main hub for movement throughout the building, seamlessly connecting each floor.
The front facade of the structure is adorned with exposed brickwork, lending it a timeless and rustic charm. A distinctive curved edge adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. The grand entrance on the ground floor serves as a focal point, further enhanced by a gracefully curved opening that showcases the balconies on the upper floors. Careful experimentation with the laying of bricks has resulted in a pattern that enhances the visual appeal and uniqueness of the facade. Additionally, a glass elevator graces the facade, creating a contemporary and transparent element that adds both functionality and aesthetic allure to the building’s exterior.
Through meticulous planning and attention to detail, this G+3 structure harmoniously combines functionality and architectural beauty, offering a welcoming and visually captivating space for commercial and medical purposes.
