UTSAV FARMHOUSE
‘ I Love it’
-These were the exclamation words of Mr.Utsav when we finally arrived at this exterior design through an extensive design process. This bungalow, situated in the quiet and picturesque surroundings at Bhadohi, is an extension of an existing carpet factory .The property boasts an existing green lawn that is surrounded by trees and small shrubs.The design was inspired by the Santorini style of architecture and incorporated elements of lush greenery cascading down the roof. The idea was clear from day one that we have to design in L-shape. To make it look interesting we added a focal point in the form of a tree and started building around it.
The ground floor of the bungalow features a bedroom, a kitchen, and a party hall, while the first floor includes two additional bedrooms and a spacious terrace that offers stunning views of the skyline. In total, there are six bedrooms in the home. The existing structure was updated with a combination of stucco and white vault elements that reflect Greek culture.
