Sanskar Vatika

‘Wedding Venue and a holiday retreat’

Sanskar Vatika, located in Varanasi, primarily used as a wedding venue, with a banquet hall , guest rooms and a lush green lawn. The building exterior is made up of exposed bricks allowing for its low maintenance.  Glazing in the front allows for a better visual connection to the lawn, while concrete helps in durability and low maintenance of the structure. The landscape design is primarily focused on retaining the existing trees. Additionally, the front porch incorporates a tree that extends through the roof.

The interior of Sanskar Vatika has a huge hall with a stage area after the entry. It also consists of three guest rooms, each with its private seating area and toilets, pertaining to the client’s idea of the space to be used as a wedding destination as well as holiday property. The hall’s lighting and ceiling work in harmony to weave an illusion of vastness, transforming it into a seamless expanse. Concealed beneath the cleverly crafted false ceiling, the HVAC and truss system remain discreetly hidden, adding to the hall’s sleek appearance.
