‘A home of homes’
We are calling it a home of homes because its a mansion for three generations. These are six flats disguised as a mansion from the exterior, the Dafi residence is for families of three brothers who wanted to stay together, however, at the same time wanted their own distinctive spaces. The exterior is a classic bungalow style with arches, vaults and cornices and consists of a 12,000 sqft large lawn space as well as a ramp leading to the basement for parking. Sandwiched between two buildings, the façade with slate stone cladding and texture paints, ensures to catch the eyes in a residential context. The interior is a blend of traditional and modern elements, with a clean and sleek design.
The ground floor features a 555 sq ft living hall and a guest room that act as a common space for all family members and family gatherings, while the upper floors consist of two nuclear flats on each floor. The topmost floor consists of a flat and a terrace. The upper floors, however, also have the flexibility to allow and expand the flats for rent.
