‘Harmonizing spaces through Vastu.’
A G+3 residence with stilt parking on ground, the entrance has a distinctive design, featuring a metal jali and door that blend seamlessly with the rest of the entrance. The exterior boasts a contemporary style, with a color scheme of brown and cream, and a focus on wooden elements in the lighting design. The building’s visual appeal is further accentuated by a combination of horizontal and vertical façade elements.
The building’s design features lengthy windows that exhibit a horizontal jaali pattern, which allows softly dispersed reflected light to permeate the interior spaces. The lower level consists of an office and parking area, accompanied by a porch. The upper level consists of a dining and puja space, a living area, a courtyard, and five bedrooms with supporting dresser toilets and amenities like home theater and gym. The interior design features a similar earthy color scheme with wood being the primary material used. The living area boasts a double-height ceiling, which is adorned with wall plants and a brick jali wall. Furthermore, a double-height courtyard area acts as an extension of the living area. A mezzanine connecting to the master bedroom overlooks the living space.
